Michael Shane Powell, 45, died on June 25, 2016.
He is survived by his two sons, Zachary (Summer) Powell and Andrew Powell, his parents, Terry and Debbie Powell and one sister, Mandy (Dennis) Oliver.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Don and Evelyn Wright and grandmother Jessie Johnston.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 27, from 6-8 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank.
The funeral will be on Tuesday, June 28, at 12 p.m. at the church with Pastor Johnny Pope and Pastor Dwight Martin officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
