East Ridge's Traniel Moore, last year's Mr. Football, headlines the Preseason Class 3A all-state football team in Murphy Fair's Tennessee High School Football.
Other Chattanooga-area players on the team were Notre Dame's Patrick Johnson and Calvin Sims, Sequatchie County's Hunter Davenport and Red Bank's Ivan Young.
When coaches were completing their survey for Fair's annual preseason high school football magazine this past spring, they were asked to vote for players in their own classification who were the best at what they do on the football field.
