James David Moore, 45, of Soddy Daisy, died on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Moore.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Moore; daughters, Aniesa Moore and Madison Moore; son, Sydney Austin Moore; mother, Bobbie Moore; sisters, Jerri Carter and Susan Womack.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
