2 People Who Were Shot In East Ridge On Sunday Say It Was Accidental

Police said two people who were shot on Sunday in East Ridge said it was accidental.  

Police spoke with the victims at the 6700 block of Ringgold Road.  

The victims said the shooting was an accident, and they were trying to take themselves to the hospital.

EMS and the fire department responded and the two people were transported to Erlanger.

CID was notified and responded to the hospital.
