A female employee of Arby's on Hixson Pike said her former boyfriend came to the restaurant and fired five shots at her with a pellet gun.

Tommy Lee Hartley, 49, is charged with aggravated domestic assault.

Ellen Sharp said Hartley had been harassing her for over a week.

On Saturday, she said she was in the Arby's parking lot when Hartley drove up in his green older-model Ford F150 truck.

She said he began to argue with her, then he retrieved a small black pistol from the console of the truck and leaned out the driver side door window. She said he then began to fire at her.

She said she realized it was an air gun, but initially thought it was a real pistol.

She said she was hit on the left ankle, leaving a small mark.

Damage was found to a privacy screen from other shots from the pellet gun, it was stated.
