Kelly Denise Plott, 46, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016.
She was born on Dec. 23, 1969 in Athens, TN. Kelly had lived in the Cleveland area for the past 25 years after moving here from Athens. She was a member of Mount Olive Church of God. Kelly never met a stranger and will forever be remembered as a very compassionate and giving person.
She was preceded in death by her mother Patricia Ratledge.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, David F. Plott; children Justin Weir (Whitney Sharp), Bethany Tilley and Jacob Plott (Becca Taylor); father Glen Swan Sr; brothers Glen Swan Jr. (Holly) and Eric Ratledge; sister Ramona Buol (Jeff); grandchildren, Aaron Tilley, Colton Tilley and Jennifer Plott; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday Aug. 25 at Mt. Olive Church of God. Interment will follow the service in Mt. Olive Cemetery on Thursday.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday Aug. 24 at the funeral home.
