Mayor Andy Berke has made his selection for a new Form Based Code Committee.
The panel will hear appeals from the new zoning code for downtown, the Southside and the North Shore.
The appointees must get approval from the City Council.
They include David Barlew, Matthew Whitaker, Heidi Hefferlin, Gabe Thomas, Ladell Peoples, Grace Frank, Jason Havron, William Smith and John Straussberger.
