The application is by Ross Timoschuck.

The entrance will be on Joiner Road.

The site is located on the east side of Joiner Road approximately 400 feet north of the Joiner Road and Zeigler Road intersection.

The site is surrounded by a mixture of small-lot and large-lot detached single-family dwellings.

The Regional Planning Agency is recommending approval for rezoning of the site.

It goes before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m.
