Students of McCallie School’s iMAT program (Integrated Music, Art, and Technology) will join Tim Hinck for a new project. Mr. Hinck has been working with 14 students to expand his performance of a dynamic set of Rachmaninoff’s variations.
The students have created an immersive environment of video and sound, as well as developing five new variations on “Corelli’s Theme” for string trio and wind quintet.
"My work with these students has been incredibly rewarding and artistically inspiring," said Mr. Hinck.
The Rachmaninoff’s “Corelli Variations” performance will be Thursday at 8 p.m. at McCallie School. Tickets are $10-$20 and available here.
