Ministerial Association Plans Drive-Through Teacher Prayer Lunch

  • Friday, July 28, 2017
Over 400 teachers are expected to receive lunches and prayers of blessing through their vehicle windows during the East Hamilton Ministerial Association’s second annual Drive-Through Prayer Lunch next Thursday.

The event will begin at 11 a.m., at the south end of the Samaritan Center parking lot, 9231 Lee Hwy. in Ooltewah. It will conclude at 1 p.m.

The members of EHMA, representing clergy from several different Christian denominations, will offer teachers a free sack lunch, complete with their choice of a Chick-Fil-A sandwich or Salsarita's vegetarian burrito.
After teachers receive their lunches, the clergy will be available to offer a prayer of dedication for the new school year.
