Regent of the Judge David Campbell Tennessee Daughters of the American Revolution and Lt. Cdr (NSCC) Stacy Kehoe presented the Daughters of the American Revolution "Outstanding Cadet of the Year" to Chief Petty Officer Sarah Goodrich from the Signal Mountain Sea Cadet Division and Chief Petty Officer Xander Kehoe from the Hurricane Division.
The Outstanding Cadet is an individual who has demonstrated academic excellence, dependability, good character, adherence to military discipline, leadership, and a fundamental and patriotic understanding of the importance of cadet training.
These awards were presented at their August meeting.
Chief Petty Officer Sarah Goodrich is a high school graduate of Girls Preparatory School and Chief Xander kehoe is a high school graduate of Chattanooga Community College.
