City-County Courts Building To Get Cleaning, Sealing

  • Wednesday, September 13, 2017

The City-County Courts Building will get a major cleaning and sealing.

Todd Leamon, county public works administrator, said, "It will be a Class A job."

He said initially the plan was to just clean the outside of the building that is at Market, Cherry and Sixth.

However, he said it was determined that there were a number of leaks that needed to be sealed.

The building will be cleaned, but also it will be caulked and sealed around the many windows and doors and other openings.

Volunteer Restoration had the low bid of $375,468.
