Bonnie Faye Berry, 81, of Ft. Oglethorpe, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was of the Baptist faith. She was an avid gardener, and was a loving mother, sister and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Robert and Roxie Hill Wilson; four brothers, one infant, Otha, Red and Bud Wilson.
She is survived by her two children, Tammie Berry Burris and Tim (Pam) Berry, both of Ft. Oglethorpe; one grandson, Daniel Berry, of Dillon, Co.; three sisters, Ruth (Dub) Walker, of Chattanooga, Bobbie (Charles) Gray, Geraldine, Al. and Linda Monroe, of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Jan.17 from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Kenny Gray officiating. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to your favorite charity.
