Professional Development Luncheon Featuring VaynerMedia SVP Mickey Cloud Set For March 7

The senior vice president of VaynerMedia, Mickey Cloud, is the guest speaker for the Public Relations Society of America Lookout Chapter’s professional development luncheon on March 7, at 11:30 a.m. at the Mountain City Club. VaynerMedia is a full-service digital agency with offices in Chattanooga, New York City and Denver, among others. 

Titled “The Attention Framework,” Mr. Cloud’s presentation will share the principles that VaynerMedia adheres to as they guide their clients through the changes brought by mobile devices and technology. 

After starting his career in account management and strategy at three different advertising agencies, Mr.
Cloud joined VaynerMedia in 2011, when the company had 35 employees. From there, he has had a hand in its growth from small social media start-up to recognized leader in the advertising industry at large, officials said. 

In addition to running VaynerMedia’s Chattanooga branch, Mr. Cloud has been an invited keynote speaker and panelist at a number of marketing, innovation and entrepreneurship conferences, including Social Media Week (NYC) and the Inside / Outside Innovation Summit. He currently serves as an executive board member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and the Enterprise Center.

The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) is the trade association for public relations professionals. The Lookout Chapter presents a luncheon once a month where members and non-members can network and learn from guest speakers. The meetings are open to non-members and are for not only to public relations specialists but also to all communication, advertising, marketing, media and business professionals interested in learning how to maintain their brand in the evolving marketing and communications landscape. 

The luncheon will take place on March 7 at 11:30 a.m. at the Mountain City Club, and lunch will be served. Membership in PRSA Lookout Chapter is not required to attend, but tickets are limited. Reserve online here
