Shirley Eubanks, 55, died on January 27, 2013 at Open Arms Care.

She was preceded in death by both parents, Anderson Eubanks and Annie Doris Eubanks. 

Shirley Peach Eubanks lived with her father until she moved in Open Arms Care in 1991. Peach had a contagious smile and a wonderful sense of humor that quickly became her trademark. Peach will be missed by her family and friends at Open Arms Care.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Peach, to Open Arms Care Foundation.

A Service of Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 30, at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel. The visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.



George, Phyllis Mundy

Phyllis Mundy George, 90, of Ooltewah, and formerly of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018.  Phyllis was sent to Glory on the 22nd anniversary of when God separated she and her husband, William Randolph George on earth. Raymond Aaron Smith, age 26, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life, Sunday June 17, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  Aaron was born Jan. 8, 1992 in Dalton, Georgia. He was a 2013 graduate of Phoenix High School. Azilee Berry Davis, 86, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018, at her residence.   She was a member of First Baptist Church. She retired from the Cleveland City School system after 40 years of service. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1951; then moved to Cleveland soon after. Red Bank Finalizes 20-Cent Property Tax Increase

The Red Bank commissioners voted Tuesday night to adopt the fiscal year 2018-2019 budget that includes a property tax increase. Mayor John Roberts said that along with the increase in both commercial and residential development, comes increased traffic.
