Jacob Nathaniel Fisher, age 25, of 331 Sage Brush Lane Rossville, GA was arrested April 19, 2013 for Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Fisher remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Larry Alvin Key, age 36, of 1029 Wilson Road Rossville, GA was arrested April 19, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Financial Transaction Card Fraud. No bond has been set. Key remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Jacob Michael Brackett, age 19, of 242 South Fox Run Circle Flintstone, GA was arrested April 20, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Brackett was released on $16,500 bond.
Jessica Lauren Metcalf, age 17, of 2124 Yankee Road Menlo, GA was arrested April 20, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Metcalf was released on $16,500 bond.
Peter Baylan Craig Ruby, age 37, of 827 Fairmount Avenue Signal Mountain, TN was arrested April 20, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain Control Substances by Fraud, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, two counts of Theft by Shoplifting, Possession of Fictitious Identification and Misuse of Product Codes and Hold for Marion County, TN Sheriff’s Office. Ruby was released on $24,500.
Hannah Jo Smith, age 18, of 132 County Road 77 Riceville, TN was arrested April 20, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Driving on Wrong Side of Roadway. Smith was released on $17,000 bond.
Jessica Jaimese White, age 18, of 3 Chris Lane Rossville, GA was arrested April 20, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. White was released on $16,500 bond.
Jeffery Labron Williams, age 43, of 4616 Sunflower Lane Chattanooga, TN was arrested April 22, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Williams remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Ricky Houston Barnette, age 37, of 7909 Selcer Road Hixson, TN was arrested April 23, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and a Bench Warrant for Suspended License. No bond has been set. Barnette remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Free Shannon Freeman, age 35, of 384 Harpswitch Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested April 23, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Bond has been set at $10,000. Freeman remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Jennifer Murray Gasaway, age 39, of Crown Inn East Ridge, TN was arrested April 23, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Bond has been set at $10,000. Gasaway remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Alvin Lollar, age 37, of 144 Leland Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested April 23, 2013 for Bond Surrender for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Marijuana. Lollar was released on $7,000 bond.
Ernest Lewis Darden, age 47, of 2800 Two Lake Circle Atlanta, GA was arrested April 24, 2013 for Forgery 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Darden remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Sharon Ann Hackworth, age 56, of 89 Lee Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested April 24, 2013 for Aggravated Assault (FVA) and Terroristic Threats and Acts (FVA). Hackworth was released on $10,000 bond.
Austin Taylor Long, age 18, of 122 John Thompson Road Flintstone, GA was arrested April 24, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Long remains incarcerated at CCDC.
