Randy Durham
The Tennessee Association of Realtors announced Chattanooga Realtor Randy Durham as 2014 Secretary/Treasurer of the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
Mr. Durham was elected and installed at the state association’s 94th annual convention held in Destin, Fl.
“I believe in our profession and I know how important the Realtor organizations are to our success in this business and to a thriving real estate market,” said Mr. Durham. “I have been continuously involved in my local association for more than 14 years and want to continue my service and leadership at the state level.”
A 19-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Durham is an agent with Keller-Williams Realty in Chattanooga. Mr. Durham was twice elected president of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors, in 2001 and 2010, and was chosen as the association’s Realtor of the Year in 2008. He has served on numerous local and state association committees over the years, including TAR’s Executive Committee. He is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, and holds the CRS , ePro, and CDPE designations.
Active in his church and community, including current service on Chattanooga’s Construction Board of Appeals, Mr. Durham is single with two children.
