Leslie Longshore Leaving County Human Resources Post

County Mayor Jim Coppinger announced Wednesday that Leslie Longshore is leaving her post as human resources director and will return to the district attorney's office.

He said her top assistant, Alecia Poe, will move up to be her replacement effective Sept. 17.

Ms. Longshore had taken the position in May 2011.

The Vanderbilt University graduate first joined the DA's office in March of 2003.

The mother of three is a Lookout Valley resident.
