An Accolade For The Social Security Administration Chattanooga Office

Wednesday, March 19, 2014

I appreciate the service received earlier today at the Social Security Administration local office.  Thanks to a functional check-in system and well-versed staff, my visit went surprisingly smooth.

It was with concern and dread I approached the front doors of our local SSA office on Premier Drive; but an attempt to e-file my IRS Return revealed a discrepancy requiring a personal visit. After brief direction (with a smile) from the security officer and a simple sign-in at the kiosk, my number was assigned and I was in queue.

Within 15 minutes my number was called. The clerk was quick to understand my issue and the documents I needed to retrieve and submit to make the correction. My return visit netted a different clerk, but my ramblings were promptly understood and the appropriate correction was made.

Many thanks to the Chattanooga SSA management and staff for the tremendous service.

Pat Brown, did in the early 1960s, and the rioters were stopped and university property protected.   Too bad that this Governor Brown is not half the man his father was. John L. Revenue seems to be important to CARTA, considering that ... (click for more)
