Robert Georgitso
Robert John Georgitso, 78, of Hixson, died on Friday, April 11, 2014 in a local hospital.
Bob was a member of St Jude’s Catholic Church and a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Diann P. Georgitso; three daughters, Lori (Steve) Sharp of Hixson, Sandra Stephens of Ringgold, and Tricia (Wayne) McMeen of Hixson; seven grandchildren: Amanda, Austin, Tyler, Luke, Ashley, Andy and Addison; and great-grandson, Aiden.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace with Father Charles Burton officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Mary Ellen Locher Foundation.
The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
