Go Vols, Go Weston - And Response

Monday, July 21, 2014

All Tennesseans know what it's like to have a lawyer coaching the UT Vols football team and another one representing the Third District as congressman.

All we need to know now is how many Tennesseans will vote to find out what it's like to have Weston Wamp, son of the best congressman (Zach Wamp) the Third District ever had, representing us.

We have a young, energetic new coach in Knoxville firing things up for the Big Orange Nation; we need a young, energetic new congressman firing things up for us in our nation's capital.

Go Vols. Go Weston.

I don't know what qualifications you need to have to be a Congressmen except to sit on your behind, argue and do nothing, but Chuck Flieshmann fits the bill.

Please give Weston Wamp a chance, if he doesn't fit the bill, vote him him out the next election, but I've got a feeling he will make a change.

Please vote for Weston.

As much as we can over analyze the various policies and red tape ... (click for more)

Signal Mountain Wins 7-AA Volleyball Over Notre Dame

Notre Dame and Signal Mountain seem to bring out the best in each other, at least when the sport is volleyball. These were the top two teams in District 7-AA this fall.  Signal got the top seed based on its 3-0 win at Notre Dame after the Lady Irish had taken a 3-1 match at Signal early in the season. But with all the chips on the line for the 7-AA tournament championship, ... (click for more)
