Robert “Corky” Dunn, 53, of Rossville, GA, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2014 from injuries sustained in an accident.
Mr. Dunn attended Rossville High School and was a member of Anchor of Hope Baptist Church. He loved his Harley, fishing, and collecting Native American memorabilia. Corky was employed by Howard Heating and Air and was preceded in death by his sister, Sherry Dunn Prentice.
Survivors include his father, Robert Dunn, Sr.; mother, Doris Steele Dunn, both of Rossville; sister, Cindy (Rickey) Kittle, Ringgold; brother, Stephen Dunn, Rossville; nieces, Jennifer (Todd) Hysinger, Ringgold, Heather (Eric) Warren, Rock Spring and Sherick Selvidge, Ringgold; several great-nieces & great-nephews; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 24 at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with interment to follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 23 from 1-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
