Samaritan Center Closes Temporarily For Major Remodel

  • Monday, September 29, 2014

The Samaritan Center thrift stores will temporarily close their doors, Tuesday, September 30, to accommodate a major remodel. The stores will re-open on Sunday, October 5, at 1 p.m., in their short-term location at the rear of the property.

While the stores are closed, the Samaritan Center will continue to accept donations and provide social services through its main office.

The remodel will increase the total store size by 50 percent, and the total building space from 44,000 square feet to over 57,000 square feet. This will enable the Center to expand thrift operations and meet the growing social service needs of the eastern third of Hamilton County.
