BlueCare Tennessee Promotes Cheri Moreland To Director Of Member Outreach Services

Cheri Moreland has been promoted to director of member outreach services for BlueCare Tennessee, the Medicaid managed care subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

In her new role, Ms. Moreland is responsible for all member outreach activities with the company’s more than 470,000 members, who are served under a contract with the Bureau of TennCare.

“Cheri has a strong track record of service in member education and outreach roles,” said Amber Cambron, president and CEO of BlueCare Tennessee.

“She brings a great deal of expertise to this position and will be a strong addition to our leadership team.”

Ms. Moreland has been with BlueCare Tennessee since the company was founded in 1993, starting out in customer service and advancing through a series of management roles.
