Mary Fryar
Mary Frances Fryar, 84, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, March 23, 2015 at her residence.
A native and lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Fryar was retired from Laco Sportswear following many years of service and attended the East Lake Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time outdoors with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Fryar, parents, Bill and Annie Wooden, brothers, Harold and Creed Wooden, and sisters, Gladys Belrose, Catherine Simmons, and Roberta Ivester.
She was the loving mother of three children, Shirley (Gene) Fryar Norman, Harold Fryar, Jr., and Roberta (Robbie) Frady, all of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Brandon Ponder, Kim Fryar, Karen Williams, and Keesha Fryar; three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 26, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Andrew Towe officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 25, from 1–8 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until the service hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
