Sterling Witherow
Sterling Witherow, 71, died on March 4, 2015 in an Atlanta hospital.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army. He retired after 30 plus years at Nissan Motor Corp.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Annie Mae; brother, Vergul and nephew, Tracy Evans.
He is survived by his brother, Duane (Linda) Witherow; sisters, Ernestine (Edward) Rollins, Carolyn Evans, Sharon Bright, Mary (Bobby) DeRamus and Sherry Witherow; special aunt, Luvenia Hobbs; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, at National Cemetery.
The body will lie in state from 10–11 a.m. prior to services at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
