Wendell J. Duncan
Police have charged Wendell J. Duncan with rape and aggravated statutory rape involving a minor.
The mother of the alleged victim contacted authorities, saying the alleged sexual assault happened seven years ago.
The Hixson man told detectives that "he admits to whatever (the victim) accuses him of doing."
Detectives said they found text messages from Duncan admitting he is a child molester.
