Hampton Inn Coming Soon To Jordan Crossing In East Ridge

  • Monday, October 17, 2016

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. announced plans to build an 88-room Hampton Inn located in East Ridge.  The hotel will be part of the new 50-acre Jordan Crossing development located off of exit 1 on I-75, which is home of the newly constructed Bass Pro Shops.

The Hampton Inn will be designed with both today’s business and leisure traveler in mind.  Easily accessible from both I-24, and I-75, the hotel will feature an outdoor pool with enhanced features and a state-of-the-art fitness facility and business center.

The property and its amenities are complimented by its convenient location near Camp Jordan Park, which will cater to families and travelers participating in sports tournaments and special events.  The introduction of this superior brand will accommodate the needs of corporate travelers who are looking for a convenient accommodation with complimentary amenities close to the area’s numerous businesses. This location will also provide easy access for guests traveling to and from the Atlanta area looking for an alternative option to downtown Chattanooga accommodation.

“We are pleased to be developing another hotel in our hometown of Chattanooga,” Vision President & CEO Mitch Patel said. “We truly feel that Hampton Inn is one of the best brands available today. We value the partnership we have with Hilton to develop premium hotels in growing markets.” The company’s partnership with Hilton continues to expand as Vision plans to open seven more Hilton-branded hotels by spring 2018.

Jordan Crossing is a 50-acre development that will include over 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and hotels all at the entrance to one of the largest sports recreation parks in the State of Tennessee, Camp Jordan Park.  “Our Company is thrilled to have Vision Hospitality Group join our development. We believe the Hampton Inn will be an outstanding addition to Bass Pro Shops and the other restaurants and retailers that will be a part of this transformative project,” said John Healy a partner at Wolftever Development.

Vision currently has an additional five properties in development in the Chattanooga area, including the company’s first boutique hotel, The Edwin and the company’s first multi-family venture, 10/North located in Chattanooga’s Northshore area.  Vision currently boasts a pipeline of 19 properties under construction or in development branching across four different states.
