A medical office complex is being proposed on a 27-acre tract on Shallowford Road near its intersection with Standifer Gap Road.
The main entrance would be on Shallowford Road with a secondary entrance on Standifer Gap Road.
A garden-style office complex would be next to a single stand-alone large medical office with parking to the rear.
Several subdivisions and an apartment complex are nearby.
The request for rezoning is from Allen Jones of ASA Engineering.
The rezoning request goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
The staff is recommending approval.
