The SummerFest kickoff event will be held this Friday from 6-10 p.m. at exits 134 and 135 on I-24.
Cruise-In participants will be parked along College Street in front of Harton Park next to the historic Monteagle Sunday School Assembly. Parking for visitors will also be available.
"There will be local food vendors (or stop by one of our delicious downtown restaurants), a 50/50 raffle, hula hoop contests, bucket brigade and car show music fun for everyone. Bring your lawn chairs, bring the whole family," organizers said.
Monteagle Cruise-In's will be held the third Friday each month, April through September. Rain dates will be the fourth Friday.
