Police have again charged Willie James Bradley with aggravated rape and false imprisonment in a case police said is almost identical to one in 2014.

Police said in both cases that Bradley forced white females into vacant houses and raped them repeatedly throughout the night.

In the latest case on Aug. 3, a woman said she was walking home when she felt someone grab her by the arms and push something into her back. She said she assumed it was a weapon.

She said he held her against her will in the house from 11 p.m.

until 8 a.m.

She told police she was forced to perform oral sex numerous times.

She was told that if she tried to fight him that he would kill her "like the last white girl that said no."

The woman later picked Bradley out of a lineup, saying she is 100 percent sure that it is him.

Bradley was on a GPS ankle monitor at the time. The monitor showed him at the location of the rape.

Bradley was charged with attempted murder in 1995. In 1999, he entered a guilty plea to a reduced charge of attempted aggravated sexual battery on a rape charge.

In the 2014 case, he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.

In the 2014 case, General Sessions Court Judge Statom raised the bond to $1.2 million after a hearing, calling him "a danger to the community."

During the preliminary hearing, the victim said, "The more I fought back, the more I said no, the more he kept beating me."

Judge Statom said that based on his record and the evidence presented, she felt "no one in the community was safe from Bradley.

The woman testified that during the night of the incident, she had fought with her boyfriend. She called her friend "Wes" to come and get her. She said the two went and smoked crack cocaine at Wes' house.

She said they later went to see a drug dealer, driving in Wes' truck. It was at this point she said she noticed the truck was almost out of gas. She said they decided to stop at the Kanku's on Wilcox Boulevard.

It was there she said they picked up "Doc." This was what she said Wes knew Bradley as; before that night, she had never met him.

She testified that they were all three in the truck later when she had to use the restroom. She said Bradley told her his sister's home was nearby and she could go there.

However, when they stopped the truck, the woman said Bradley told them his sister did not want Wes in the house.

At this point, she said Bradley led her to the house. When they arrived, she noticed it was abandoned.

Not long after they went inside, she said, "He grabbed my throat then told me to take off my clothes."

The woman said they began to struggle and that she even stabbed him with a piece of a broken crack pipe while trying to get away.

She said Bradley told her, "I already killed one person and they don't know where she is. Just do what I say and I'll let you go."

After this, she said Bradley raped her.

Investigator Andrew Peker said of the crime scene, "It was awful...there was blood everywhere."

The victim was taken to Erlanger Hospital immediately after police arrived. There, Investigator Peker said, "She was so covered in blood it was hard to see what injuries she had. There was blood in her ears, blood on her mouth, just blood everywhere."
