Larry “Bear” Michael Payne, 62, of Dalton, Georgia, died on Monday, August 22, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Larry was born June 5, 1954 in Murphy, NC to the late Charlie and Gladys Payne; and was also preceded by a son Neko Payne.
He is survived by his wife Heather Payne; daughters, Neeka Payne of the residence and Tonya Marie Sherrill of Dalton, GA; a special friend Wendy Pedigo, and her children who called him Paw Paw, Caitlin, Anthony, Benjamin, Emily, Matthew and Carly Pedigo.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements will be announced by Ponders Melrose Chapel.
