Heights Lady Hawks Win In Wilson County Challenge

Boys, Girls Move On To Music City Classic Sunday

Hamilton Heights’ Lady Hawks defeated Dickson County 58-42 on Saturday in the Wilson County Basketball Challenge at Wilson Central High School in Lebanon, Tennessee.

The Lady Hawks (16-1) got 14 points from freshman Treasure Hunt, who was named the game’s MVP.

Amber Hunt also scored 14 points and Elizabeth Balogun added 12.

Kailey Rosenbaum paced Dickson County (15-4) with a game-high 17 points while Cierra Smith scored 11 points. Rosenbaum and Smith each hit three 3-pointers. Emily Beard had 10 points.

The Lady Hawks play in the Music City Classic in Nashville, Tennessee. They take on Providence Day from Charlotte, North Carolina, at 7 p.m. EST. In that same event, Hamilton Heights’ boys face Providence Day at 8:30 p.m.

Those games will be played at Whites Creek High School.
