The location is 1400 Williams St., where Evergreen Management is housed in a two-story brick building with a large lot adjacent.
The sale was to Gbo Llc from Evergreen Realty Members Llc.
On the same day, Gbo LLC sold a portion of the property to Williams Street Investors Llc for $1.5 million.
