Reed, Raymond Curtis

Raymond Curtis Reed, 81, passed away on March 16, 2017 at his residence.

He retired from Ernest Holmes Company as a machine operator. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and a veteran of the United States Navy.

Survivors include his children, Anthony, Regina, Reginald (Dana), Maurice (Patricia) and Charlotte Reed; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Thanks to Hospice of Chattanooga for the excellent care to our loved one.

The funeral service will be on Friday, March 24, at noon at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Michael Nolan officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The body will lie in state after noon Thursday, and the family will received friends from 7–8 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
