Earl Braggs To Speak At Signal Mountain Library

Poet Earl Braggs, Herman H. Battle, professor of African American studies and English professor at UTC, will speak here at 6:30 p.m. on May 11 at the Signal Mountain Library. He will talk about his work and hold a book signing.

Mr. Braggs teaches creative writing, African American literature and Russian literature at UTC. He has published six collections of poetry and is the recipient of many awards for his poetry and for his novel, “Looking for Jack Kerouac.”

The event will take place in the Gallery on the Library’s lower level and is free and open to the public.
