Dalton State's Moore Named SSAC Offensive Player Of The Week

The SSAC announced the Week No. 4 SSAC Men's Soccer Players of the Week, presented by BoxOut Sports. Santiago Moore of Dalton State (Ga.) was named SSAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Grant Adam of William Carey (Miss.) was named SSAC Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
 
The awards are based on performance for the week of Sept. 11-17.
 
Santiago Moore (Dalton State – SO – FWD – Queens, N.Y.)
       
This is the second award of his career and five different Roadrunners have earned offensive POW honors in the last three years
       
Moore tallied nine points with three goals and three assists as the 19th-ranked Roadrunners went 2-0, including beating 17th-ranked Bryan (Tenn.)

He tallied golden goals in both games, putting up one goal and two helpers v.
Bryan and two goals and one assist v. SCAD Savannah (Ga.)

Grant Adam (William Carey – SR – GK – Waveland, Miss.)

Adam is a four-time honoree and four different Crusaders have earned defensive POW honors in the last two years

The senior helped the second-ranked Crusaders remain unbeaten with a pair of shutout victories against two previously unbeaten teams, including RV LSU-Alexandria

He posted two saves in each game and worked 180 minutes on the week
