Police Say Pair Broke Into House On Rawlings Street After Inquiring About Renting

Thomas Cecil Webb, 52, and Kevin James Webb, 47, have been charged with aggravated burglary after they were caught breaking into a house on 2003 Rawlings St. Kevin Webb has also been charged with possession of burglary tools.

In the incident on Sunday, police said Kevin Webb used a screwdriver in order to pry open the window of the establishment.

The building is the property of Mountain View Property Management.

Before the robbery, the two men had approached the owner of the property about renting the property. After this, Kevin Webb slinked to the back of the building and broke into the house, police said.

Police officers recovered a bolt belonging to a toilet, a light bulb, and a light switch.

Thomas Webb also has an outstanding warrant out of Texas.
