Jimmy W. Swanson Jr., age 52, of Ringgold, Georgia, departed this life Monday evening, June 22, 2020, at Parkridge East Hospital.
He was born Sept. 19, 1967 in Dalton, Ga. a son of the late Jimmy Woodrow Swanson Sr. and Mary J. Yott Swanson.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Swanson III and Alexis Swanson of Cosby, Tn.; brothers and sister-in-law, Mike Swanson of Atlanta, Ga., Chris and Melissa Swanson of Tunnel Hill, Ga., Robbie Swanson of Atlanta, Ga.; grandchildren, Jaydin, Sofi and Tristan Swanson; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Ponders Melrose Chapel on Friday, June 26, from 5-9 p.m.
