Bailey Cole and Kristiana Mallo are opening Broads at 124 East 10th St.
They also own Cashews in North Chattanooga.
Broads will feature spirits from female-owned businesses and cocktails will be featured with beer also being available.
Broads was approved by the Beer Board for a permit.
The new 7-Eleven convenience store at 3301 Broad St. was given a carry-out beer permit, by the board. The store has technology to identify the age of customers at the cash register, and the beer board was told that coolers holding beer are locked during times it is not allowed to be sold.
