Chattanooga Central to Host Hall of Fame Golf Outing

A hole in one and putting contests, trophies for the top three teams in each flight and the grand prize of a week at the Outer Banks (N.C.)  highlight the Chattanooga Central High School Hall of Fame Golf Tournament to be held this Friday at Bear Trace in Harrison.

Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m. and golf starts at 1 p.m. with the price per team is $400 ($100 per individual).

Impressive Grand Prize - $100 entry fee: A Grand Prize of one week free stay in a luxury beach house at the Outer Banks of N.C. and the tickets are $100 each. No more than 100 tickets will be sold.

Stay includes two rounds of golf for four at the Currituck Club Golf Course.

Central alum Gibby Gilbert is the chairman as the committee uses the money from the tournament to help fund the scholarship programs, athletics and faculty and student needs.
