RE/MAX Properties rallied together to help East Brainerd neighbors who lost their homes during the recent tornadoes. Over 20 families were served at this one day event which took place at the firm’s parking lot off Encompass Drive.

Housewares, furniture and clothing were among the many donations offered.  Additionally, the realtors raised over $500 for the National Association of Realtors Tornado Relief Fund.

Event Coordinator Hunter Denton said, “We had about 25-30 tornado victims that shopped and got what they needed to refurnish their households while 15 members from the public came out just to donate to the  National Association of Realtors Realtor Relief Fund.  For Tennessee residents, NAR approved over $200,000 to help our community’s victims of the April 12-13 tornadoes.

"We love our community, and myself and other realtors are doing all we can to help these families rebuild their lives.”
