With deepest sorrow, we announce that Stacey Wade Jones, 57 of Ooltewah, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 23, 2020.

 

He was born on Feb. 7, 1963, to Carson Jones (deceased) and Betty Jones in Chattanooga. He was a lifelong resident of Ooltewah, and worked for McKee Foods for 30 years.

 

Stacey was a loving and kind person who always left everyone with a smile. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, and watching Tennessee Vols football games.  We will miss him greatly every day.

 

Stacey was a proud father to his beloved daughter, Brittany Jones and to his two granddaughters, Madison Cunningham and Ava Braden.  He is also survived by his mother, Betty Jones; brother, Steven (Amy) Jones; Sisters, Jan (Talmadge) Lingerfelt, Terry Wallace and Dedria (Jon) Henry; niece, Leslie (Todd) Livingston; nephew, Chase Jones;  great-nephews, Tyler Blalock and Gage Livingston and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

 

A Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held at a future date and time.
