James W. “Bill” McConkey, 80, passed away at his home in Hixson, Tennessee, on January 15, 2022.
Bill was born in Athens, Tn. He attended McMinn County High School and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He worked in building construction and property management and was in the Army National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie and Bernice McConkey.
Bill is survived by his wife, Donna McConkey; son, Bryan; and grandchildren, Landon and Sierra.
