Chambliss Welcomes 3 New Associate Attorneys To Its Growing Team

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. announce the addition of three attorneys who will support a variety of the firm's service areas. Naudia Gray, Sawyer Richardson and Colin Wolfe bring insights to a multitude of practice areas, including business, Chambliss Startup Group, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and risk management, construction and estate planning.

"Before completing law school, each of them gained valuable experience as summer clerks at Chambliss, and they are already making a meaningful impact at our firm. This group has proven to be a valuable addition to our team, bringing exceptional drive and a strong commitment to delivering Chambliss' quality of work to our clients."

Ms. Gray counsels businesses clients, from startups to national organizations, on diverse matters and transactions. She routinely prepares a variety of purchase agreements and other transaction documents for the firm's mergers and acquisitions clients. Ms. Gray was a Centennial Gold Scholar at Lee University, where she earned her bachelor's degree and graduated magna cum laude. While she attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, Ms. Gray served as the managing editor of the Tennessee Law Review and the executive editor of the Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law for two years. Ms. Gray worked as a summer associate at Chambliss in 2022 and 2023.

Mr. Richardson represents various business clients in complex commercial and business litigation. He counsels on risk mitigation, contractual disputes, products liability defense, breach of contract claims, dispute resolution, and construction matters. He obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, where he graduated summa cum laude. Richardson continued to University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a national honorary fraternity for outstanding scholarship in law. In 2022 and 2023, he served as a summer associate at Chambliss.

Mr. Wolfe advises individuals and families on a range of estate planning matters, addressing both their immediate needs and long-term financial objectives. He specializes in wills, trusts, and asset protection, and assists families with trust and estate administration. Amid an evolving tax and economic landscape, Mr. Wolfe guides clients in navigating trust strategies and ensures their estate planning documents remain up-to-date and effective over time. While serving in the U.S. Air Force and rising to the rank of Technical Sergeant, Mr. Wolfe simultaneously earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona Global Campus. He is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina School of Law and began his career at Chambliss in 2023 as a summer associate.
