The Tennessee Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting next Wednesday to consider appointments of the next presidents of Cleveland State Community College, Tennessee College of Applied Technology Harriman, and TCAT Henry/Carroll.
The meeting will be held by teleconferencing at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, and will be livestreamed and archived on the TBR website at https://www.tbr.edu/board/february-28-2024-special-called-board-meeting. Board materials are posted at the same link.
Anyone needing direct access to the Microsoft Teams teleconference, other than the livestream above, should contact Board Secretary Mariah Perry at mariah.perry@tbr.edu or 615-366-3927 by 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Search committees recommended and announced three finalists for each of the three college presidencies. The finalists participated in public forums on the respective campuses. The finalists for each college, their resumés and information about each search are posted for review on the TBR President and Executive Searches webpage (https://www.tbr.edu/hr/executivesearches).
TBR Chancellor Flora W. Tydings is reviewing input from the forums and conducting final interviews in preparation for making recommendations to the board for a single candidate for each presidency.
Persons who want to request to address the board regarding the meeting’s agenda item should follow the process authorized by the Requests to Address the Board Policy here: https://policies.tbr.edu/policies/requests-address-board.
