The Claud And Zenada Fuller Collection Of American Military Shoulder Arms Program Is Feb. 16

  • Tuesday, February 11, 2025
The Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park invites the public to participate in a special 1-hour, ranger-led program this Sunday at 2 p.m. that will take an introspective look at the history and the weapons of the Fuller Gun Collection. This program will take place inside the gun room of the Chickamauga Battlefield Visitor Center.

Officials said, "In 1954, Claud Fuller donated his collection of American military shoulder weapons to Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park.
Since that time, countless numbers of visitors have seen and admired this impressive collection. These weapons have an aura of mystery that intrigues novices and experts alike. Each weapon tells a story and demonstrates a tangible link to our nation’s history. We invite you to come and learn more about Mr. Fuller, his wife Zenada, and the history of their collection."

For more information about programs at Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, contact the Chickamauga Battlefield Visitor Center at 706-866-9241, the Lookout Mountain Battlefield Visitor Center at 423-821-7786, or visit the park website at www.nps.gov/chch.
