  • Tuesday, November 20, 2012

Music for Mutts is a benefit for Wally's Friends Spay and Neuter Clinic and will be held on Jan. 26 at J.J. Bohemia.

The goal is to help raise enough money to cover the cost of rabies shots for pit bulls through February, and hopefully  the cost to spay and neuter pit bulls through the month of February.

Red State is the local band hosting this event, featuring five other local rock bands (Emerge, Van Burgess Band, The Buddy System, Subconscious and Bluesfrog and the Georgia Rhythm Crickets.

Local businesses are donating merchandise and services to be auctioned and all proceeds go to Wally’s Friends.
