The Planning Commission next Monday will hear a request for rezoning to allow 25 new single-family homes along Shallowford Road near Talley Road.
David Gardner is making the request at the vacant 9.2-acre site.
The entrance would be on Shallowford Road.
The planning staff is recommending approval, noting that it conforms to the Eastdale Plan.
The goes will be heard at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
