  • Monday, January 13, 2025

The Lookout Wild Film Festival, presented by Gearhead Outfitters, returns this Friday for a three-day celebration of outdoor adventure, conservation, and global storytelling.

All film screenings will be held at The Signal, located in the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo complex at 21 Choo Choo Ave.

This year’s festival will feature 70+ films from dozens of countries, showcasing inspiring stories of wild places, exploration, and environmental stewardship. A sample of the films is available at lwff.org/films, and the official festival trailer can be viewed at bit.ly/lwff2025-trailer.

The Outfitter Expo, also presented by Gearhead Outfitters, will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 12-8 p.m. in The Signal’s ballroom. The Expo is free and open to the public, offering attendees the chance to explore the latest outdoor gear and connect with local and national brands.

LWFF is dedicated to bringing the best in outdoor storytelling to Chattanooga, celebrating the untamed beauty of our world and the people working to explore and protect it. The festival attracts outdoor enthusiasts, filmmakers, and conservationists for a weekend of inspiration and connection.
